Marilyn and Thomas have been developing a more focused workshop on their concept of transforming Lateral Violence into “Lateral Kindness”. This workshop extends their work out to a new level. It asks the questions: If we stop engaging in Lateral Violence, what do we replace it with? What do healthy love and relationships look like?

In addition, Marilyn and Thomas have been developing more advanced level workshops to provide in-depth strategies and skills to prevent and resolve real-life situations of Lateral Violence in the workplace and community.

"This community-driven program provided  a creative mix of employment, social and educational supports."

Nelson Lepine,

CEO, Carcross Tagish Management Corporation
