CLIENT ~  Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in First Nation

Thomas and Marilyn developed and facilitated a citizen-driven, collaborative, process to establish this 5-year strategic plan. The process consisted of a series of gatherings with Chief and Council, Elders, Citizens and staff. Meetings were held in Dawson and on the land, in amazing places such as Moosehide and at R22 on the Dempster Highway.

 

The result was a useful product for the First Nation, that sets out a Mandate Statement, Core Values, Top Action Priorities, and an Implementation Plan. Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in First Nation is currently using the new Strategic Plan to guide action and to be accountable to Citizens.
