Thomas and Marilyn offered this new workshop to staff from Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada and Yukon First Nations. The message is simple. The quality of your workplace relationships has a huge impact on your effectiveness and job satisfaction.

 

This is especially true in smaller organizations and communities where relationships matter more than anything else. The workshop provided knowledge and research on what positive workplace relationships are, why they matter, and how people can improve them. It also provided participants with the opportunity to set out an action plan for the future.
